Exchange & Repair
All our products are handcrafted by Indian artisans; hence, slight irregularities may occur. These natural variations enhance the uniqueness and beauty of each piece.
We do not accept return or refund requests once an order is placed. Exchanges are only offered under special circumstances and can be redeemed exclusively on the SPICY JEWELS website. The exchange will be provided for the same product in a new piece.
SPICY JEWELS Accepts Exchanges Only If:
- The product delivered is different from the original order
- The product arrived damaged
- The product has missing parts
- The product has quality issues
In such cases, customers must initiate an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
Please Note:
- Customised orders and sale items are not eligible for exchange
- Promotional offers cannot be applied to exchange orders
- No returns will be accepted for products purchased from third-party websites or physical stores
- SPICY JEWELS reserves the right to accept or reject any exchange or repair request at its sole discretion
Exchange Policy
No exchange fee will be charged if the issue falls under the following:
- Damaged or defective product
- Wrong item received
- Missing parts in the order
Repair Policy – India
If a jewellery piece is accidentally damaged by the customer, SPICY JEWELS offers repair support.
All SPICY JEWELS products come with a 1-year warranty, under which repairs are free within 1 year of delivery. However, a ₹500 pickup & re-shipping fee will be applicable.
If the repair request is made after 1 year, a ₹500 pickup & re-shipping fee plus repair charges (as per actuals) will apply. These charges will be communicated after evaluating the product based on images or videos shared by the customer.
Repair requests can only be raised within 1 year of delivery.

Note: Repolishing is not possible due to the handmade nature of the products.
Repairs are subject to the design and condition of the item. Our support team will confirm whether the product is repairable after reviewing the request.

- Our team will review and approve the request
- The product must be packed in its original packaging and sent to our billing address
- Shipping, reverse pickup, and re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer
- The exchanged or repaired item will be dispatched only after passing quality inspection
No Refund or Exchange
We do not offer refunds or returns once an order is placed. Exchanges are only applicable under specific conditions.
The following cases are not eligible for exchange:
- Pre-orders & customised products (require full payment and cannot be exchanged)
- Items purchased during sales or promotional offers
- Used products (must be unused and in original condition)
- Minor color or design variations due to display differences and handcrafted nature
SPICY JEWELS is not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances.
