Exchange & Repair Policy – Spicy Jewels

All our products are handcrafted by Indian artisans, and slight irregularities may occur. These are a natural part of the process and add to the unique beauty of each piece.

We do not accept return or refund requests once an order is placed. However, we offer exchanges under specific circumstances. Exchanges can only be redeemed on the Spicy Jewels website and will be processed for the same product with a new piece.

Spicy Jewels accepts exchanges only if:

• The product delivered is different from the original order
  
• The product arrives damaged
  
• The product has missing parts
  
• The product has quality issues
  

Exchange Conditions:

• Customers must initiate an exchange request within 7 days of delivery
  
• Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted
  

Please Note:

• Customized orders and sale items are not eligible for exchange
  
• Promotional offers cannot be applied to exchange orders
  
• Products purchased from third-party websites or physical stores are not eligible for exchange
  
• Spicy Jewels reserves the right to accept or reject any exchange or repair request at its sole discretion

Store in a dry, cool place, preferably in a jewelry box or pouch, to protect from scratches. Clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth to maintain shine. Do not expose to extreme heat or sunlight for prolonged periods.

Our jewelry is 18k gold plated in Brass and produced using Hypoallergenic materials (which means it is Nickel and Lead-free), following the current International regulations.
